What do you think the cartoonist thinks about Obama's current economic policies?

Wow! Interesting choice. Looking at this cartoon, I don't immediately think about Obama's economic policies. I actually probably see it being a Congressional policy, but I am SO behind and have no idea who is trying to push what policy. So, this is informative to me as your questions seem to suggest that cutting back on the postal service is a way to try to cover the deficit (and that Obama might have made this economic policy).

I think that the economic situation is tough on everybody, so we should look towards working as a society to improve things in the future rather than continuing to dwell on the past. We could cut federal spending by eliminating waste and fraud. Maybe the national government could delegate some more duties to the local governments in order to reduce spending.
